He has an experience of 25+ years in the areas of Organizational Development, Training, Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Coaching and Teambuilding. He has collaborated as consultant, coach, facilitator and external instructor with companies, leaders in manufacturing, services, commerce, educative and governmental fields in Mexico, U.S, Spain, Central and South America. Universidad Iberoamericana Bachelor of Industrial Psychology, Universidad de Monterrey Master’s Degree of Organizational Development and Instituto de Terapia Gestalt Region Occidental Master’s Degree of Gestalt Psychotherapy. He was President at the Ciudad Juarez Chapter of the Mexican Association of Training and Development (AMECAP) Has been speaker in National and International Conferences about Psychology, Training, Group Dynamics, Creativity, Industrial Relations and Work Teams. He is certified by CONOCER (Mex) on Training, Consulting, and Design Training competencies; by Transformational Thinking LTD (Eng) on Coaching; by Cpp (USA) in MBTI; by Wholebeing Institute (USA) on Positive Psychology and by Creative Attitude (Esp) on Pro-Play.
