She has more than 25 years of experience in executive positions and six years in Human Resources and Organizational Development.
Has been responsible for designing and implementing strategic service and attention solutions for global and local companies.

Within her executive experience, she designed and directed high-performance teams, carried out redesigns and organizational restructures, developed procedures for customer service, as well as the instruction of a wide variety of training courses on operational, organizational, leadership and sales issues.
She has experience in the instruction of training courses, team facilitation and executive coaching, having developed countless people.
She has an international certification in executive and business coaching by Transformational Thinking LTD and a certification on MBTI by MBTI Group.
She has a degree in Industrial Relations and specialization in Organizational Development from the Ibero-American University and Leadership Certification from Kellogg University.
